The Seagate Country Club at The Hamlet is conveniently located close to downtown Delray Beach.  Located among mature trees and winding roads, The Hamlet offers residents the experience of Florida luxury living. Combining unique architecture with the sanctuary of a gated community, residents can quickly avail themselves of everything Delray Beach has to offer, in close proximity to its restaurants and shops on Atlantic Avenue, as well as major airports and highways.

Our unique community is home to  313 single residences and 136 condominium units,  set around the 146 acre golf course. The Joe Lee golf course opened in 1973 and the community and club welcome members to a unique experience of tradition combined with an active lifestyle. Living here does not require country club membership and is non mandatory.
